Visit to the lunch table
Today, Lama Sönam and the association members visited the elderly and Ongma Gurung, who coordinates free meals for elderly at her restaurant in Manang. There, the elderly, who have no support
from family or friends, receive a warm lunch every day of the year - financed by Himalaya Karuna e.V. The many useful gifts brought and distributed by some members of the association certainly
brought a lot of joy to the elderly!
